This pathway is aimed at adult women in Australia (18+) who have a distressing reduction in sexual desire or changes in sexual function and want a private doctor conversation. The doctor assesses whether medical care suits you — this site does not "qualify" you for any medicine.

Who may consider an assessment
- Adult women in Australia aged 18 or over
- A lasting drop in desire or change in sexual function that is distressing
- Wanting a private conversation with an AHPRA-registered doctor
Who should see a GP or urgent care first
- Sudden severe pelvic or abdominal pain
- Heavy unexpected bleeding
- A mental-health crisis — contact 000 or crisis supports such as Lifeline (13 11 14)
